Key Responsibilities

Providing high-quality secretarial and administrative support to a team of leading litigators Managing busy diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements Preparing legal documentation, correspondence, and court bundles with exceptional attention to detail Handling billing, expense claims, and document management Liaising with clients and colleagues in a professional, proactive manner

Requirements

Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within litigation but the firm are flexible Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities Strong communication skills and a proactive, professional approach High proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
